Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and BizSaloon ("we", "us"), the operator of Page Sheriff. By using Page Sheriff you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Page Sheriff does

Page Sheriff is an automated, self-serve tool. You submit the address of a public web page; we fetch that page, analyze its copy and structure, and produce a conversion audit with a score, sub-scores and suggested fixes. Reports may be produced by rule-based checks, by an AI model, or both, and each report says which. No human reviews your page, and we provide no consulting services.

2. Free audit and paid full report

• The free audit shows your overall score, six sub-scores and the top fixes.
• The full report is a one-time purchase ($19 USD per audited page unless shown otherwise at checkout). It unlocks all fixes, any AI rewrites available for that report, and a downloadable copy. It is not a subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices exclude taxes unless stated at checkout. [OWNER: confirm sales-tax/VAT handling.]
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

3. Access to your report

There are no user accounts. Each report has a private, hard-to-guess link, and anyone with the link can view it, including the unlocked full report after purchase. Keep the link safe and bookmark it; it is how you get back to your report.

Free reports are available for 90 days after they are created. A purchased full report stays available for at least 365 days after creation or purchase, whichever is later. After that, reports are deleted automatically, so download a copy if you want to keep it longer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit pages you are not allowed to access, or use the service to probe private networks or systems;
• use the service to overload, scrape or attack third-party websites, or try to get around our rate limits or security measures;
• resell, or automate bulk use of, the service without our written permission;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may block requests or suspend access that we reasonably believe breaks these rules.

5. Suggestions, not guarantees

Scores, fixes and rewritten copy are automated suggestions. They can be incomplete or wrong, and AI-generated text may contain mistakes. Check them before you use them, and make sure any claims you publish are true for your business. We do not guarantee any change in conversions, search rankings, traffic or revenue.

6. Your content and ours

• You keep all rights to your own web pages. You may use your report and any rewritten copy in your own business, without attribution.
• The Page Sheriff software, design and brand belong to BizSaloon.
• How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but provide it "as is" and "as available". Some pages can't be audited (for example pages behind logins, bot protection, or pages that only render with JavaScript). We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizSaloon is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived. [OWNER: have counsel confirm this section for your jurisdiction.]

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change, and the version in effect when you buy a report applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law
